Safari opening unusual tabs

Hi

I'm on a mid 2010 MBP, recently updated with OSX Sierra.

I'm experiencing glitches with Safari opening 'chinese text' tabs which appear to be about Garage Band (screen below)

The tabs that are being opened are not for websites but what looks like Chinese Garage band (file:///Applications/GarageBand.app/Contents/Resources/zh_TW.lproj/GarageBandH elp/pgs/6500.html)

I'm using OSx Sierra - 10.12 Beta (16A313a) on Mac
