Thanks for your question. Since you posted your question in the Windows community, I'm assuming you are changing your email service provider, but you wish to continue using Outlook on a PC, is that right?
You don't indicate what version of Outlook you are working with, but this support article from Microsoft should get you started in the right direction. You can back up your messages, contacts, appointments, tasks, and notes in Outlook as a .pst (personal storage folder).
