Q: iOS10 my music app no longer has play later or ability to reorder tracks in the up next menu

play later is not in my menu when i hold down on a song.  the three bars that should be to the right of the songs in the up next feature are not there and i cannot reorder my songs.IMG_6033.PNGIMG_6034.PNG

    To answer part of your question, you need to disable the "Repeat" feature in order to be able to rearrange or reorder your Up Next queue like you did on iOS 9... that fixed it for me.

     

    Still looking for an answer myself on the "Play Later" (previously Add to Up Next) option. I can't seem to find it either.
