Hello , I loaded Sierra everything went well, has the UNLOCK mac with the Apple Watch .
I followed the steps but nothing works. It marks me " Your Mac could not communicate with your Apple Watch . "
Someone can help me ?

It just so happens that my login password had an "à" in it, just like in the video. I did change it and… voilà, it works. All this after having reset everything, deactivated iCloud and all that useless jazz. Hope it works for you, and I do hope Apple fixes this, this is beyond embarrassing!

Hopefully I manage to make it work.
You can try the folowing:
Take of you watch and then tick "auto unlock" in the security panel.
It will say that the watch is lock and ask you to unlock
Enter the code on the watch and then tick again auto unlock
Et voila, it works for me.

Hello,
it's a macOS password problem. It's an issue of macOS Sierra (at the moment) when users have some special characters within their system password.
Try to modify your password with something simple (like only letters and digits only) and you will see that it resolve your problem.
