Q: iTunes do do a sync/backup.
II have updated iTunes (on Windows PC) and updated my iPhone IOS, However iTunes cannot detect my iPhone device for sync and backup.
I've turned off iCloud on my phone
Each time I connect a Dropbox pop up asking to import photos.
I had performed sync/backup a couple of months back and had no problem.
Please help.

Did you try to import the photos, as explained in this article?
Import photos and videos from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch to your computer - Apple Support
If not recognized in iTunes, did you check the troubleshooting here?
