below you find the coresponse from east west:

Hi,

There may be some setting you need to adjust in GarageBand to allow the full VST interface to display. Have you contacted Apple support about this issue at all?

Are you using the 32-bit version of GarageBand?

Hi Mike,

thanks for your quuick response.

Sadly it doesen´t help. Play 5.0.0 don´t shows up in the GBmenu.

I try to install Play 4.3.5, this one shows up in the GBmenu, but the top of the plugin is cut, frame is set, so i can´t go to the browser or player or whatever.

I have done a screen shot for you.

Any other ideas?

Best regards,

+

Update for Case #95697 - "Not work in Garage Band 11"

Hi,

Please try this:

1. Go to Macintosh HD >> Library >> Application Support and delete the "East West" Folder.

2. Then go to >> MAC HD >> Library >> Audio >> Plug-ins >> Components. Within that folder, delete the "PLAY.component" file. Then go to >> MAC HD >> Library >> Audio >> Plug-ins>> VST and delete the "PLAY.vst" file.

3. Then, please go to Macintosh HD >> Library >> Preferences and delete any file called "com.eastwest.Play.plist" or any variation of that filename.

4. Then, please go to Macintosh HD >> Users >> [ your user name ] >> Library >> Preferences and again, delete the file named "com.eastwest.Play.plist". You may need to unhide this feature. You can also access it by clicking on the desktop, then clicking on "Go" and holding down option, at which point the "Library" option should appear.

5. Restart your Mac and empty the trash.

6. Run the PLAY 5.0.0 installer.

Please let me know if this helps.

Thanks,

Mike
