Q: iPad Air 2 ambient sensor error

I have an iPad Air 2 and the brightness sensor don't work fine, sometimes when i unlock the iPad the brightness is in the minimum, other is so hight, this have happened me since i buy it.

 

I have restore iPad without backup and the error continue.

 

I only use the original cover and a protective glass.

 

¿any idea?

    Hi erodcas,


    From what you re explaining, it seems as if your iPad 2's display is not properly adjusting it's display brightness when exposed in different light environments. Great way to try and resolve the issue on your own with restoring the device. If you are running the new iOS 10, try checking and adjusting your Night Shift and True Tone display settings. You can do so with the information in the link below.
