iPhone 6s iCloud, iTunes, Mail problems

Need help. I have an iPhone 6s 64GB running on iOS 10.0.1 and I'm getting the get a verification number message on my screen. ITunes keeps asking me log in, All of my email accounts have been logged out and it keeps asking me to log back in despite putting in the correct passwords. Not sure if I was hacked but I don't know what to do.
