Q: Share pages documents via link without prompting for username

Hello, it is possible to share pages document via link without asking username when somebody opens the link? I want to only share document for reading not to collaborate. So I don't think that asking for username is needed.

Hello becky,

it isn't solution what I am looking for. I want to share online content in pages, where I can often change/add some things and my students (not everyone has a mac) should see changes immediately.

 

Solution: it is not possible in apple pages :/

    I understand you want to share a Pages document with someone, without it prompting to ask for a username.  Since you're just trying to share a document for reading instead of calibrating, then I recommend you simply send a copy by following the steps in the link below:
