Does the new Nike watch need a foot pod (sensor) to run indoors?

Hi


No, the watch does not need a foot pod / shoe sensor.


When tracking indoor runs, Apple Watch Nike+ uses data from the watch's built-in accelerometer, which monitors your arm movements.


For the most accurate results, you can calibrate the watch. See the linked support article below for further information and instructions.
