Sep 22, 2016 7:06 AM in response to zinacefby jfintexas,Thanks zinacef. Restarting does not work. I had previously tried it on both devices and just tried it again. Same result: "Unable to log in". I have validated my credentials are valid by successfully setting the account up in the iOS native email application. Still no luck in Outlook.

Sep 22, 2016 7:23 AM in response to jfintexasby zinacef,★HelpfulI wonder if perhaps that could be the reason. I am stumped though. Unless someone else from the community chimes in with a solution or opinion, my next suggestion would be to consider reaching out to Apple Support for further assistance with the matter.
Sorry I couldn't be of more help.

Sep 22, 2016 7:25 AM in response to zinacefby jfintexas,You've been very helpful, thank you. It's puzzling and is clearly a recent change that seemed to coincide with the iOS and Sierra releases. Maybe a change in policy at Microsoft to not allow icloud accounts? Weird. I will check with apple support. Thanks again, zinacef!
