Airdrop
Using Sierra on an iMac and an iPad Pro, what is the procedure for using Airdrop?
Need to transfer photos that - for whatever reason - are not shared between devices.
Thanks in advance

Thanks rk. My 2011 iMac may be too old to manage Airdrop; but - oddly - some photos eventually are transferred, though it may take several days. Will continue to work on it.
Yes, your 2011 is too old. the Mac advice letter indicates you need a 2012 or later. I'm in the same boat, I have a 27" 2011 iMac that I have upgraded to use an SSD and it has 24GB of RAM.
