Setting icloud mail did not ask for creating password

I'm trying to creat an icloud.com email.

I Already have an apple id.

I Went to settings and created *******, but it didn't ask for creating the password.

I Got stuck.

WHat do i do now?

how can i finish creating my icloud.com mail account?
