Can iCal show blocks of time graphically in Month view from start to end?

Question

Can iCal show blocks of time graphically in Month view from start to end?

I know iCal shows blocks of time in Week view, but can it do it in Month view? It would be so helpful when looking at your month and availability over a longer period than a week.

MacBook Pro, OS X Yosemite (10.10.5), 2013 model

TThanks but that's kind of my point. I don't use week view often because I need to see my month and wish apple would give us the pref to see time blocks in moth view like we can in week view. Microsoft's calendar does and I envy that layout. That's probably the only thing I envy in Windose

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. It seems like you want to use the Week view in the Month layout.
I would recommend you read this article, it shows which different views are available for the different periods of time like Day, Week, Month, or Year.

You can change the calendar view by clicking the Day, Week, Month, or Year tab at the top of the window.
