Hi All,
this is my first post but i am desperately trying to find out why my console 1 unit flickers and flashes after i have inserted instances on my channel strips in logic pro x.
When i first installed the software/hardware i noticed that in the eq section of the hardware the high shelf LED remained on all the time, even when selecting bell and cut.
The issue then progressed to random flashing of all lights on the console.
I have also noticed the midi activity flickering in the transport bar and the "midi out" LED flickering on my Komplete audio 6 interface all in sync with the console 1 issue.
I removed the usb cable from the console and the interface etc stopped flickering.
Although im having these issues, it does not effect the sound or controlling the parameters using the hardware.
I have been in contact with the support team at softube and they are struggling to help with resolving the issue as they have never had to deal with this before.
Any help???
