Q: Pages endnote support

Using Pages 5.2 on El Cap.  The endnote extension works reasonably well compared to microsoft word but a few things are particularly annoying 1) you cannot insert multiple citations at once and 2) the extension does not support insertion of citations into tables.  3) the reference list seems to always underline at least using the NIH style output. Apple please fix these issues. You can do so much better.
