I depend on Notes. I recently upgraded to IOS 10 on my iPad Pro 9.7". When I start Notes it loads waits a moment, then quits as soon as I attempt to enter a note. I've tried deleting the app then reinstalling. I've turned off iCloud integration then restarted it. I've shut down and rebooted my iPad Pro. Nothing seems to help. Any advice will be gratefully received.

It doesn't work on iPhone 6s Plus too. I have tried resetting my phone settings but that too didn't help. In fact resetting phone settings also didn't work in the first go and my phone got hung the first time I tried.
Too many bugs left open in this release.
Same here, every time, see screenshot, iCloud tries to refresh (see buffer/refresh icon), then crashes !
Uninstalled, then reinstalled, all fine now :-)
uninstall and install worked for me too.
FYI, it won't crash if you are on airplane mode (in case you need to look at it urgently).
Remove/redownload from App Store/reinstalling it did fix it for me as well.
Uninstalled the app and reloaded. it happened even when i was on airplane mode.
