iPhone 4S bug issues

I own a iPhone 4S lately it has been having a lot of bug issues after I updated it on the iOS9 , but theres a issue that has left me mentally stressed , the ringer and volume options have been killed by a virus I guess, I've restored my iPhone twice but it didn't work.

The volume option casually works , the speakers are perfect when I receive a call I can hear them ring.
