If an app you installed unexpectedly quits, stops responding, or won’t open
Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Sep 24, 2016 7:38 AM in response to QuiqueRSby irina_w,Thanks for replying and that info, it really helps! Since you have tried those steps and they didn’t resolve your issue, the next step is to make a backup of your personal data and Reset All Settings from Settings > General > Reset on your device. This resets all of your device’s settings like Wallpaper, Sounds, Display & Brightness, Background App Refresh, Date & Time, and removes all of your previously used Wi-Fi networks and passwords.
How to back up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch
Import photos and videos from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
Reset iPhone Settings - iPhone User Guide
Next, if your issue is not resolved after resetting all settings, use iTunes on your Mac or PC to restore your iOS software to factory settings, as this process erases the information and settings on your device and installs a fresh copy of the latest iOS software. Setup your iPhone as new temporarily to test your issue, and then you can restore your backup.

Have a great day and thanks for using the Apple Support Communities! -
