Q: MS Universal Mobile Keyboard and IOS 10 Lockscreen

Thanks for viewing my post.

The issue is this (might happen to other BT keyboards, I don't know):

* in IOS 8 and 9, when I press the Lock button on the MS Universal Mobile Keyboard, it would bring up the IOS Lock Screen and from there I could enter in my passcode.

* But in IOS 10, no such luck.  When I press the Lock button when in the Lock Screen, it just brings up a blank (black in this case) screen.  I can press the Lock button again or the Home button on the iPad to bring me back to the normal Lock screen in IOS 10.

* If after getting back to the Lock screen, I press the Home button, the keypad comes up and I can type in via my keyboard, my passcode.

So, a deal breaker, not; but annoying and I wonder if others have seen this issue, if it therefore is due to the was IOS 10 has moved from the swipe to the Home button press to get the keypad up, or is it a bug in either MS's Universal Mobile Keyboard that IOS 10 has exposed or a function that IOS 10 no longer supports?
