Q: Iphone 5 and IOS 10 problem.
While I was able to update my Iphone 5 to IOS 10, a friend of mine tried, but now his Iphone 5 has the Itunes logo and the lightning cable. Doesn't work. He has tried to follow instructions, but to no avail.
What must he do to get his Iphone to work?

It's in recovery mode. Your friend needs to plug the phone into their computer and restore iOS using iTunes.
