Q: How do I change my email password in iOS 10?

Same problem here.

However, I ignored the reply about deleting the account and starting over, and just tried to access my mailbox as usual. It took a few seconds with a blank page then I got a window pop-up saying my Yahoo Mailbox password had been changed and to click on a button to change it in my Yahoon settings.

I did this and it seemed to take me to an online page (Yahoo) where my email address field was already populated, and I just had to insert my new password.

Did that and it all worked perfectly again!! Job done

Unfortunately after deleting the iOS device yahoo mail through the mail option in settings still does not allow for login. In fact, it attempts to pull up a page and then closes it without any information to be entered. Anyone else experiencing this or have a solution?

I Have an issue can't get into yahoo email it says touch to open an won't let me open I never set up the touch to get in my email

Have you tried logging in using an iOS device without the touch feature or via pc or mac?

I stumbled across this after having issues with my hotmail account on iphone this evening. Same thing no password or other settings when you click the account.

As hotmail was working on all my other devices I decided to remove the account on my phone and start again.

The trick here is when you click on the add account , DONT select the yahoo icon , just opt for other account at the bottom of the list. Once you add an account this way the info is always show when you go into setting>mail>accounts>
