Why does Apple Music Radio keep playing songs I've marked as "Dislike"

See subject line for question.

Since moving to iOS10; I've noticed a few things that are weird/not as intuitive or just plain not working with Apple Music "Radio". I am a paid subscriber of Apple Music.

I listen to one of the premade stations on Apple Music pretty much constantly. There are about 4 songs in the rotation that I hate. I've marked them as "Dislike" in the interface that comes up for it. (Honestly, not sure why this is now on a different screen--the previous incarnation's Like and Dislike functions worked better). The station KEEPS PLAYING THE SONGS not only right after I hit "dislike" but then again later on. Is Apple Music even listening to me ?

CarPlay's interface for Music has now also changed. If a song comes up that you really love (or hate). The only button you see is a "+" symbol. When I hit that, I get no feedback from the interface so I have NO CLUE what it is even doing. There is no similar interface for DISLIKE either.

Can someone help me out here. Am I missing something or is this new design just not very good?

I have been both a Deezer and Spotify subscriber over the last five years. My wife is on Apple Music and I was pretty impressed with the selections playing from Artist Radio, so decided to sign up for a trial.

I think Apple's got great algorithms for finding similar music, but the UI falls way short of the competition in a lot of ways:

1. Playing songs I've disliked - what's the point in having "For you" if you play stuff I dislike?

2. Only one curated playlist - Spotify has eight.

3. No Playlist Radio - on Spotify I can create a playlist of my favorites, then create a radio station based on it.

4. No "Liked" or "Added from Radio" playlist. Makes finding music I like very difficult to find. There's some tips on how to set up Smart Playlists, but they don't seem to solve the problem either.

I also have this issue in the "For You" section, which I think shouldn't show music you disliked. I think apple needs to work this out, because a music streaming like Deezer will automatically skip a song on which you hit the dislike button.

I keep using Apple's service because I think they can do better with that. But I won't keep spending in a service that doesn't match my needs.
