macbook air, track back scroll down does not work

After the upgrade to Sierra OS my Macbook air (2015) trackpad scroll down (two fingers) does not work. Please provide a solution. thank you

MacBook Air (13-inch, Early 2015), OS X El Capitan (10.11.1)
