IOS 10 issues

The recent IOS 10 update for IPhone does not let me open up my code protected pdf direct deposit stub. It will not prompt me for my code. A nonupgraded IOS IPhones will allow me to open it up with out any trouble. Why is this?

I have another issue to report with iOS 10: apparently with this iOS, core midi was altered so that you can no longer establish a wireless midi connection with a non-Apple rip-midi device. So the only way to establish a midi connection is wired. A wireless connection does not work. Tobias Erichsen and others have confirmed this and reported it to Apple months ago, but we have yet to hear from Apple about a fix. So for now, all my sound, light, and video automation must be controlled from wired (stationary) devies which requires a lot more time and effort to setup, and lowers the quality of the show.

Apple, do you recognize the problem? Do you have a solution for people like me who rely on midi for income (other than moving to non-Apple devices or downgrading to iOS 9)?
