Q: IOS 10 issues

The recent IOS 10 update for IPhone does not let me open up my code protected pdf direct deposit stub. It will not prompt me for my code. A nonupgraded IOS IPhones will allow me to open it up with out any trouble. Why is this?

    I've the same problems since iOS 10.

     

    works:

    works not:

    It seems that the iOS 10 PDF reader is broken
