Finder, Mail, and few other applications isn't responding and getting spinning wheel of death forever after upgrading to macOS Sierra

Hello,

Today I upgraded to Sierra and I'm already regretting it big time, because since then Finder isn't responding neither Mail and few other apps. I can't do anything all I'm getting is the "spinning wheel of death", as a result I had to force shutdown my macbook every time. I tried boot in safe mode which didn't help. It's almost 4am, all night I've been trying. What can I do now?
