IOS 10 Position could not be detected

I use a safari web site that can refresh my location. It has always worked on my iPhone until ios 10. Now I get a message that reads "position could not be detected". I've reset location services, turned them off and on, rebooted my phone, reset network services...nothing I've tried has worked. This site worked fine in IOS 9.3.5.

I backed up my phone, reset and cleared the entire phone, then recovered it and that did not fix the issue. There is something fundamentally wrong with location services in iOS 10. Last time I jump on the upgrade band wagon. I've updated to 10.0.02 and it still doesn't work. Have tried another browser and that doesn't work either.

It's the same for me. After I checked the web site, I have confirmed that it is using HTTPS:// and the location still doesn't work. It does the same thing on the newest MAC OS Sierra. Safari gives me the same crappy error.

I downloaded Firefox on both devices and it works on the MAC, but not on the iPhone. There is definitely some kind of glitch with the iPhone's location services. Wish I would have never updated its iOS.
