Re-pair bluetooth headphones every time

Hi,

Since upgrading to iOS10 my bluetooth headphones do not work correctly.

If I turn them on they connect OK and I can see on the phone they are connected, but they don't work as headphones; the sound comes out the speaker. They're not selectable in Control Centre

I've tried rebooting, resetting network settings, turning bluetooth off/on, re-pairing.

The only work-around that works is to 'forget this device' then pair again. If I disconnect and then re-connect they connect OK but do not work.

They worked OK on iOS9 for the last six months.

Short of resetting to factory and starting again I'm not sure what to try. Any help appreciated.

Thanks 🙂

Same thing happening here with bluetooth headphones - have tried 3 different brands ( bose/plantronics/senhiesser and the car! )

Start listening to music via iphone music app...works for a few songs, then the phone reverts to playing out of front speaker ( not bottom )...and bluetooth headphones are still connected.

The only fix is to reboot phone, or reset settings. its getting annoying having to do this every few songs - so now using a cable = grrrrr

Happens with any app - netflix/youtube/music etc.

All apps are updated to the latest.

IOS 10.1.1
