Q: Sales and Opertional Manager North East Africa - GE Healthcare

I Can not access to my e-mail (Microsoft Outlook) every time reqest me to inter my ID & Password and every time I do right, but the result came one of both is error. To check I used both in my lap top and the result was ok and I accessed through lap top, so I would like to support me to solve this issue ASAP.

    Hi. This is just a user forum here, so ASAP doesn't carry much weight. You should check that the user name and password for sending mail (SMTP) are being correctly entered as well. The automatic setup seems to think they're optional. Also make sure the port numbers and SSL are correctly set. You can compare them with your computer.
