Sierra bricked my macbook

JJust tried to install new OS and my 2015 macbook went into a restart loop. Now it's a black screen with Symbol. help! I'm

MacBook (Retina, 12-inch, Early 2015), iOS 10

Boot into Recovery (Command R) and from the dropdown menu: Utilities> run the Disk Utility> First Aid on your Macintosh HD  Recovery http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4718

If this does not resolve the issue, re-install the macOS from Recovery

Had this happen last weekend....... only solution was to go to the library and used the "Command-R" startup then download and install a fresh copy........ this has happened SEVERAL times now....... ugh !!!!!!! I have NEVER had a version of OSX .... EVER ever do this !!!
