I recently installed ios 10 to my ipad and I was able to use 3d touch at first, but now a week later its gone. I read somewhere to go i to General -> Accessibility -> 3d touch and turn it back on but its no longer even listed on the menu. Where did it go?

The iPad never had 3D touch. Were you running beta ?
I Have had the exact same issue as you.. except i'm on an Iphone SE as bobseufert stated regarding the Ipad, this version of the Iphone apparently also doesn't support 3D touch :/
please can someone help us out, were they teating it? It was so handy and I want it back haha.
