Q: Photos 1.5 file names under thumbnails

Is there any way in Photos 1.5 to have the file name shown under the thumbnail?  I have thousands of photos from iPhoto with file names with identifying information.  The only way it seems on Photos 1.5 that I can see the file name is to select each picture and click on info.  What a time consuming process!  The file names were right under the thumbnails in iPhoto!  To add titles to all those pictures so they would appear under the thumbnails would be too time consuming.

in the view menu enable titles - metadata ==> titles

then you need to run a user script to set the title to the file name - Photos for Mac - or Old Toad has complied the script into an application - http://www.oldtoadstutorials.net/No.P01.html

And consider why you want the file names - they are not really worth while in Photos but what ever you want - you should NEVER directly access your photos as the results are unpredictable and can be inconsistent - you should only use Photos or the media browser to access your photos
