NOT IOS 10 - IPhone 6 awakening not responding

My Phone 6 runs on version 9.33

My phone sometimes (most often) doesn't respond to the lock button to wake up my phone from standby lock. I originally thought it was simply the lock button going faulty too, but the silence button stops working and doesn't respond when I plugged it in to charge. It takes about 1 minute and it suddenly works, everything is fine no problems, until I lock it, and it will repeat.

Is this a virus, a operation fault that apple can compensate for, or am I being traced by the governments?

I haven't updated too IOS 10 due to my home button doesn't work, not updating due to new 'features'.

Hi BloodOrang3,

I understand that you are having some issues with your home and silence buttons. To rule out any hardware issues, you can try force restarting your device, backing it up, and restoring it to factory settings.

Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

How to back up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch

Use iTunes on your Mac or PC to restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings

The links above should resolve the issue if related to software. Thanks for using Apple Support Communities to post your question. Have a great day.
