Q: Cannot set Apple Watch auto-unlock on Mac

Just upgraded to Sierra and the option for auto-unlock in not showing up under Security & Privacy --> General tab.  It showed up once and started to setup but canceled out of a step.  Now it will not show up as an option.  How do I get the option back.
