Bluetooth connection is weak on iMac

I have an iMac (21.5-inch, Late 2012). When I pair only the magic keyboard and trackpad, the connection is ok. But once I pair a bluetooth headset, the sound disappear and appear continuously, and the mouse pointer as well.

How to solve this problem?
