Do I have to return to El Capitan or you have a solution for me?

I'm having the same issue and already had my logic board replaced. If you look right after the rdar part of the error, it says VendorID invalid. My guess? When they were coding AGCPowerManagement.cpp they didn't include all the vendor IDs for ATI and AMD. Remember ATI was bought by AMD sometime between 2011 and now, so you have a bunch of different vendor IDs for the same company. I'm guessing a few got omitted for some reason and that's what's causing this.

I have a late 2011 MacBook Pro too with an ATI/AMD Radeon HD 6770M. Note when you open up System Information and look in Graphics/Displays that the name of the card is AMD Radeon HD 6770M (older versions of OS X prior to Sierra may say ATI) but the Vendor ID is ATI.

I finally figured out the problem!!!!

I noticed you're running a third-party SSD "Serial ATA Device: Crucial_CT256MX100SSD1, 256,06 GB". I was having the same problem with a Samsung 840 EVO 1TB.

Enabling TRIM using the "trimforce" utility was the source of all of these kernel panics.

Boot into Safe Mode.

Open a Terminal window

run the command "sudo trimforce disable"

It will reboot your computer automatically. Afterwards everything should be good!

I have the same issue. I think it doesn't have anything to do with Sierra. It's caused by the automatic switching between the two graphic chips in your MacBook Pro. It can be avoided with using a software like gfxCardStatus and "locking" the system on the onboard graphics chip or even on the more powerful one. Both will work until the next reboot, only the switching between the chips cause occasional kernel panics.

That said I'd like to see this issue covered by the MBP repair extension program for video issues, because it's clearly a video issue.

I was at an ASP twice to check my MBP but it always passes the video test, of course. Not a lot of switching between chips in that test, I guess.

Good luck!

I have the same issue and have twice tried to have this MacBook Pro fixed under the repair extension program which expires at the end of the year. The Mac with lock up when I shut down, or if I even try to access gfxCardStatus or go into the power management preferences and attempt to prevent the Mac from switching between integrated and discreet graphics. The panic seems to be the same every time and is definitely graphics related, but the Genius Service Bar says that it isn't the issue covered since it passes the diagnostics that they are running. The problem is 100% reproducible, but I pass the diagnostics and can't get the repair. This doesn't seem quite right given the amount of people having problems with these 2011 models.

If you're seeing the panic, go back to the Genius Bar and ask to speak with a manager.

The panic is pretty clearly pointing the fault at your GPU, regardless of what the diagnostics say and it even references "rdar://7254528," which is the internal Apple bug tracking system.

Apple wouldn't have put that message into Sierra were it not a specific issue they had seen in the past.

I also have the same issue. I don't think that this is a hardware failure. My board got replaced and worked fine until a couple of weeks ago. And now it seams that others experience the same problem starting around the same time. That points to a software update and not a hardware failure. It would be more than strange if the 2011 MacBooks start to fail again right around the announcement of the new MacBook Pro 2016 😉
