Q: itunes login prompt on iphone 7

I just got the new iphone 7, and after setting it up with all my accounts and passwords, it keeps prompting me every fee minutes to enter a password for an itunes store account for an Apple ID that is not my own (it's my husband's). i have no idea how the phone got my husband's Apple ID and i dont want that account connected to my phone (we also cant remember the password). How do I get this prompt to stop coming up? When i check settings, it shows me as logged into my own usual Apple ID and the itunes store app similarly seems to be set up and working fine. Thanks!

    Hello lauren511,
Thank you for using Apple Support Communities.

I understand from your post that after setting up your new iPhone 7 that you are being prompted to enter your husband's Apple ID password even though yours is signed into the iTunes and App Store settings. What may have happened is that an app that was downloaded using his Apple ID was transferred to your iPhone 7. This can happen if his Apple ID was ever used on your iPhone or if you used an old backup file to set up your iPhone 7. To prevent this from happening, you can delete the app that was installed using your husband's Apple ID and then download it again using your own Apple ID.

If it's a paid app that you don't want to purchase again, you can reset the password for his Apple ID here: iforgot.apple.com.

    Best Regards.

How can I figure out which app was bought with the other ID?
