Hello! My MacbookAir mid 2012 with 8gb ram and i7 has problem with OS Sierra.
When macbook start and I open only GoogleChrome my RAM is lost and from 8gb i have only 0,9gb (screenshot: https://yadi.sk/i/wq2py8iuvXorj) and my laptop slow down.
So, what i can do? return to ElCapitan?

Get rid of that program you are using to check. Your Mac does not need to be "cleaned".

CleanMyMac is a scam, and any information it reports is not to be trusted. Not only that, but it may actually be the cause of your computer's poor performance. It should be removed as soon as possible.
Everything was great on elcapitan. Now I deleted this app but my MacBook still so slow. What I need to do to increase speed?
Maybe try upgrading to an SSD. That should improve speed.
