No Notification Iphone 6s

I have an iPhone 6s that I have had for the last nine months. I am having trouble with it. I have no notification that come though and if they do it take thirty minutes to come though. I have updated it to the IOS 10 and still doesn't work. what do I do??

hey lilikate,

Notifications not working on your device or even them being late can cause some big issues. Lets see what we can do to get this resolved.

The first thing I would suggest is making sure you have a current backup of your iPhone. This can be one does with iCloud to iTunes.

Next we will do a reset all settings. To do this tap on "Settings > General > Reset > Reset all Settings". Your iPhone will restart and clear the custom settings. Test to see if you now get notifications.

If that does not work We would need to do a restore of the iPhone.

Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup gives the steps of doing the restore.

These two steps resolve issues like this the majority of the time.
