Kernel Task is taking up all CPU usage and all solutions don't work for me

In all the tutorials on how to fix this, it says I should find the Macbookpro with my model, which would be 10.1, but as you can see there is none.

Everytime the problem occurs I have to restart the computer because it just freezes. I'm a law student and when noting down what the professor is saying (they speak very fast), the computer freezing, needing to restart it, and loosing the last 10 minutes of what I wrote is really really annoying. Any help would be much appreciated! Thanks in advance!

MacBook Pro, iOS 10
