Thanks for updating to iOS 10! I understand that you are having some troubles with taking screen shots with your device. You can try a simple restart of your iPhone. Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
If restarting the device does not resolve the issue, try backing up your iPhone then restoring it to factory settings.

Use iTunes on your Mac or PC to restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings
