Q: screenshot doesn't work with ios 10

I used to take screenshots pressing sleep/wake button and the home button. with ios 10.01 it doesn't work any more. even if I press home button before the sleep wake button. even if I press them together very quickly. It doesn't work. I tried many times pressing quickly. I tried rebooting. still doesn't work.

Thanks for updating to iOS 10! I understand that you are having some troubles with taking screen shots with your device. You can try a simple restart of your iPhone. Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

If restarting the device does not resolve the issue, try backing up your iPhone then restoring it to factory settings.

How to back up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch

Use iTunes on your Mac or PC to restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings
