I am trying to purchase a photo book.
I get a message saying that "orders must be shipped within your billing country".
My apple id is current and my home and billing address are in the UK.
Please advise how I can proceed. Thank you

Apple no longer offer these services from iPhoto or Aperture and haven't since March 31 last.
You need to output a pdf and find a 3rd party printing service.
The billing address, Apple ID address and shipping address all have to match the print products country in the Photos preferences
However you posted in the iPhoto for Mac forum - print products for iPhoto were discontinued in April and are no longer available at all - PrestoPhoto can print iPhoto books and offers international shipping.
