Thank you for using the Apple Support Communities. I know having your iPhone restart unexpectedly is not what you expect. Based on what you stated, since resetting all settings didn’t resolve your issue, make a backup of your personal data use iTunes on your Mac or PC to restore your iOS software to factory settings, as this process erases the information and settings on your device and installs a fresh copy of the latest iOS software.
How to back up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch
Import photos and videos from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
Use iTunes on your Mac or PC to restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings
Cheers!
