http://osxdaily.com/2009/09/11/iphone-backup-location/ - your iPhone files are backed up at the following location:

in Mac OS X:

~(your home directory)/Library/Application Support/MobileSync/Backup/

in Windows XP:

C:\Documents and Settings\(user)\Application Data\Apple Computer\MobileSync\Backup

in Windows Vista, Windows 7:

C:\Users\(user)\AppData\Roaming\Apple Computer\MobileSync\Backup

Yes, drag it from the location on the Mac to a flash drive or something, then to the correct location on the PC.

May I ask what its the reason for doing this? Sometimes people ask on this forum how to do something specific without mentioning it is part of a bigger task and it turns out they are going about it all wrong.
