Thanks Limnos. We may know where they are located on each operating system but does this actually mean I can successfully transfer the backup from Mac to Windows?
Yes, drag it from the location on the Mac to a flash drive or something, then to the correct location on the PC.
May I ask what its the reason for doing this? Sometimes people ask on this forum how to do something specific without mentioning it is part of a bigger task and it turns out they are going about it all wrong.
