Q: iCloud Document Folder Synching on macOS Sierra

I updated my Macbook 12 to macOS Sierra, very excited with Siri. One thing I noticed that certain folders in the Document folder on the Mac are not syncing to iCloud. Up till now, I have been using OneDrive to have folders in my Document folder sync to the cloud for me to access files on my PC and other devices which I use daily. Any help on why Microsoft based folders are not being synced with iCloud?

I am attaching a screen capture. As you can see 2 folders

1) Microsoft User Data &

2) OneDrive

are not being synced. There is a small iCloud icon showing it's not being synced
