Q: Siri location reminders don't work and I can't find them

Iphone 6sPlus, IOS 110.

When i ask siri to remind me of something when i get home she repeats it as if its set.  I can ask her to tell me what reminder i have and she shows me that it is there but when i get home.. there is no reminder!

I have have "Frequent Locations" turned on in Privacy, Locations Services, System services.

However when i go into the reminders app, i cannot see any reminders at all!  When i set up a reminder manually it shows up, I have yet to see if a location based reminder works yet but have a couple in there to test.

why can't i see the reminders i set up with "Hey Siri" and if she remembers that they are there then why am i not reminded?

    Hi, Porkchop-!

Thanks for using the Apple Support Communities. Based on your post, I am understanding that you are having some trouble with Reminders you ask Siri to set, specifically location-based ones. I know how convenient those Reminders are, and how helpful Siri can be to set them up, and want to help make sure everything is working for you!

To get started, makes sure you have everything set up properly, as outlined in the following article: Use Reminders on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

The "Choose where you want to be reminded" and "Ask Siri to remind you" sections will help address your specific situation.

If you're still having trouble getting Siri to set a Reminder and with location-based Reminders, I have some troubleshooting I can recommend. Please try these steps in order, testing after each one.
    1. Restart your iPhone, as outlined here: Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

    2. Toggle Siri off, then back on, as described under the "Get Started" section of this article: Use Siri on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

You will need to set up "Hey Siri" again.

    3. Reset your Location Services, as outlined under the "Reset or disable Location Services" section here: About privacy and Location Services in iOS 8 and later

    Have a great day!
