Can I use universal clipboard from one iOS device to another?

I just updated my iPhone and iPad and heard about universal clipboard. Can I use it between these devices? I don't see any way to do it. All examples on the web are from and to the Mac. I read that it "just works", but when I copied from one device I don't see any option to paste in the other device.
