Macbook pro issues after Mac OS siera update

Experiencing the same problem too.

Upgraded from a perfectly working OS X Yosemite to this!

The same happens when you try to start Glassfish and Payara using netbeans. On their own (Glassfish and Payara), they are working perfectly fine if started via terminal. I really do not know where the discord is.

I have the same issue with netbeans and Tomcat. I apply your solution unfortunately, it doesn't work.

When i try to check the three options, only the first stay checked.

I had the same problem, solve it this way: 1. go to services -> servers -> delete the Glassfish.

2. Add new Glassfish server give next -> in your user folder create a glassfish folder and then click download now, (The important thing is to re-download the glassfish and configure it again), accept the terms and give following , Now give admin user and finalize. To try to start with right button to the server. i hope this help you.

I found an alternative solution for me:

Go to Netbeans-> Preference-> chose No Proxy.

Test the connection. should success, Press Ok. then clean and run the application.

No need to change any network configuration

the solution below partially solved the issue. Glassfish is extremely slow while starting up. How can we tell Sierra not to block the java processes from using and accessing 127.0.01 and localhost etc.
