Q: App missing from purchased

updated to new iPhone and cannot restore an app. I went to the "Purchased" section of the App Store and it's totally gone from the list. It still works on my old device, and I'd like to get it on the new one.

Make sure you are using the same Apple ID that was used to purchase that app.

Use these steps to see which Apple ID you used to download an item.
